Corporate classes may be held at a time before work, during a lunch hour or in the evening after the working day. Some companies may even set aside a time during the working day for their class. As long as you have space for some mats to be laid down – conference rooms are ideal – the class is brought to you. Any loose clothing is suitable. Mats may be purchased through lifeyoga.
